The Details

This blend is 80% Gamay and Cabernet Franc, with the remainder consisting of lightly pressed Pinot Noir and Sangiovese. Fermented separately and then blended, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with zero SO2. The most delicious and easily chuggable of Rachel's wines, ideal for charming party guests or for nights requiring a quick fix of joy.
