The Details

100% organically cultivated Verdeca from Mottola in Puglia. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 6 months before 8 months in bottle before release. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<15ppm) added SO2.
