The Details

Over 400 nearly extinct native Georgian grape varieties grown in a kind of nursery/museum in Georgia's Kakheti region. The grapes co-ferment in Qvevri to produce this wine, an homage to the 'polyphony' of Georgia's viticultural heritage in addition to the famous tradition of Georgian Polyphonic singing. Zero/zero. 12.5%ABV
