Mosel Masterpiece - as elegant as they come. 

Lardot's top wine from the Shepherd's Hill parcel (Valwiger Herrenberg), 30-75 year-old, mainly ungrafted Riesling vines organically grown in the heart of the Mosel. South-facing slopes on slate / sandstone. The grapes are slowly directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in barrel prior to being racked to one big neutral oak cask where the wine undergoes a 48-month élevage. 

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no SO2. 13%ABV
