The Details

100% Melon de Bourgogne organically cultivated in the Coteaux d'Ancenis of northern Muscadet in the western Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested from 40+ year-old vines planted in schistous soils. Directly pressed, the juice spontaneously ferments and ages sur lie in fiberglass vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2 (<10ppm).
