The Details
85% Syrah and 15% Grenache, from Denis Tardieu in Vaison-la-Romaine (Rhone). This special collaboration between Tardieu and Jambon is co-fermented in tank, with some whole-cluster and stems. A small amount of SO2 at bottling. Rhone fruit with a distinctly Bojo mindset: vibrant red cherry, a touch of leather and jerky, seasoned with salt and pepper.
