The Details
45% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 20% Syrah from biodynamically cultivated vines in the Languedoc. Grapes are hand-harvested, and co-fermented (Syrah/Grenache) while Carignan spontaneously ferments separately. Blended after spontaneous fermentation in tank.
