The Details

100% Gamay from multiple granite-rich vineyard sites around Brouilly and Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested, and some is then direct pressed and some is fermented carbonically using wild yeasts. Aged in wooden foudre and barrels for 8-12 months. Unfined, unfiltered with no added SO2.
