The Details
100% Pinot Noir. Very ripe grapes that are partially “raisinated” are hand-harvested, followed by a whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel with periodic manual punch-downs. Aged on the lees for one year and bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
