The Details

80% Müller-Thurgau, 20% Pinot Noir from Czechia. Grapes are hand-harvested and the Müller is directly pressed while the Pinot macerates for 2 hours prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in tank followed by blending of the wines. Bottled with some unfermented juice to finish under crown cap a la ancestral method. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
