Procera Gin Green Dot

Procera Green Dot 2022 Vintage is the most terroir-driven expression. Representing the absolute personification of what is so special about the Juniperus Procera tree, each vintage release of this tiny production gin is completely unique. The 2022 vintage marks only the second Green Dot release.

Green Dot works wonderfully as a martini base, but is hugely versatile when it comes to other classic gin serves, owed to its incredible depth of flavour and intensity.

Nose: Delicate, spicy and layered. Subtle notes of pine forest, coconut, herbs and vanilla are set against a deep savory green juniper backdrop. Understated and complex with remarkable character derived from the Juniperus Procera tree.

Palate: Flavorful, soft and silky. Buttery fresh juniper flavors dominate initially, offset by bright piney green notes on the mid-palate. The toasted heartwood component contributes to an evolving, intense and spicy finish that persists in the mouth for several minutes. With the use of botanicals from a single tree in the area of Narok, we believe this to be their finest Green Dot vintage yet. Only 2000 bottles were produced for the world.
