100% Lumassina (native Ligurian variety so-named for the wine it produces typical accompaniment of the local dish 'Lumache alla Liguria,' aka Ligurian snails), grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in big neutral oak barrels prior to 2 months sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. Frizzante. 11%ABV
