The Details

This iteration is a blend of 30% Siria (Roupeiro), 30% Bical, 30% Cerceal Branco, and 10% Encruzado. The vines are planted to the typical granitic soils of the Dão, mixed with old marine sediment and clay. The vineyards are all organic and have a mix of chamomile, clover, serradella and even eucalyptus planted. 3 week skin contact.
