The Details
A wild blend of Siria, Bical, Cerceal Branco, Encruzado, and Malvasia from vines at least 35 years old and planted to the typical granitic soils of the D√£o. Macerated on the skins for 21 days, fermented in open tank with wild yeast, then rested in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with a small amount of SO2 at bottling. Golden raisin in color, with rich aromas of apricot, peach, almonds and dried fruits. A medium bodied palate with soft tannin on the finish; an ideal pairing with fish tacos or a spicy ceviche.
