Biodynamically cultivated Romanian Muscat aka Rumeni Muskat by a one of a kind winemaker, Radovan Suman. Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for 10 months prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in amphora. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14% ABV
