LIMITED TO 3 / CUSTOMER 1 liter of the good stuff! 100% Gamay from organically cultivated 50 year-old vines in Saint-Germain-Nuelles in the Beaujolais. A blend of 2022 & 2023 vintages from parcels planted on granite/limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and semi-carbonically macerate/spontaneously ferment in large neutral foudres. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13% ABV
