COMES IN PROPRIETARY WOODEN BOX WITH TECH DETAILS AND VINEYARD / VINTAGE NOTES FROM THE WINEMAKERS.
Elise Deschannes, Olivier Horiot, Arnaud Lamoreaux's intensive, vintage, long-aged study of the Riceys terroir for Blanc des Noirs, natural champagnes of Pinot Noir in this famous little village of the region. Horiot handles the Val du Clos & Escharère bottlings while Deschannes and Lamoreaux work with Fragnoy & Val Bizot. All long aged (this latest release is 2012 !!!!) and all naturally vinified - very close to if not zero/zero depending on vintage.
