100% Gruaja, a rare native red Venetian variety of the foothills around the city of Breganze. Grapes are hand-harvested from organically cultivated vines and directly pressed to neutral vessel for spontaneous fermentation and refermented in bottle with a bit of fresh must. Unfined, unfiltered, miinimal added SO2.
