The Details

100% Pedevenda from the high plains of Breganze north of Vicenza in the Veneto. Grapes are organically cultivated with biodynamic treatments. Hand-harvested, grapes macerate for 9 days in concrete tank prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and élevage thereafter for ~12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
