The Details
A red blend of native Venetian varieties organically cultivated with biodynamic practices in the high plains of Breganze north of Vicenza in the Veneto. Grapes include rare native varieties such as Gropella, Negrara Veronese, & Cavrara. Hand-harvested, macerated for a short period of time prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
