100% biodynamically cultivated 50+ year-old Pinot Noir from Les Prévolles. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch macerate for ~3 weeks before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in neutral barrel for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
