70% Syrah and 30% Carignan from the Ardéche. Vinified separately - the Syrah from 2024spontaneously fermented in neutral barrel and aged thereafter 10 months; Carignan is from 2022 that also spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral wood for 3 years before blending with the Syrah. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
