The Details
100% Torontel from old-vines biodynamically farmed in Bio Bio in southern Chile. Grapes are hand-harvested and macerate for 3 weeks prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 1 year in neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2.
