Absolutely pitch-perfect late-release Beaujolais Primeur from Romain des Grottes in the south of the Beaujolais. Grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch macerate for a few days before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for only a few months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12% ABV
