The Details

A lively and low ABV (5%!) sparkler using the leftover grape must from the 2019 vintage. Water was added to the must and then allowed to ferment just a tad, followed by capping before the ferment finished, creating a natural effervescence. Crisp with just a hint of lush red fruit, this perfect for a day at the beach or served alongside a light summer lunch.
