Brut Nature. 45% Chardonnay & 35% Pinot Noir from high-elevation, organically cultivated vines on limestone soils in the Côte des Bar. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in tank prior to 5 years aging in bottle. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added SO2 (zero/zero for every bottling as of 2019). Zero Dosage. Disgorged January 2025. 12% ABV
