The Details
100% Mavrodafni, an extraordinary and rare variety primarily used for making sweet wines. Wild yeast fermentation in old oak, rested for 6 months. Unfined and unfiltered, small SO2 at bottling. A lively, animalistic wine, with charred portobello aromas and a palate of game meat covered in pomegranate molasses. A distinctly long finish, with bitter greens and plum.
