The Details
From Gambellara (volcanic soils) in the Veneto, northeast Italy, this is Garganega/Durella/Pinot Grigio/Chardonnay all biodynamically cultivated. Hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously fermented and aged in stainless steel for 8 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
