The Details
A crazy new project from Sommelier-turned-Vigneron, Raj Parr & friends who are working with recuperated vines in and around Los Angeles City proper, in an endeavor to pay homage to/reenact in small scale, the deep winemaking history of the surrounding Cucamonga / San Bernardino Valleys.
Mostly Palomino with a small portion of co-planted, unknown red/white varietals. Fermented with wild yeasts in barrels formerly owned by Ramiro Ibáñez of Cota 45, a producer making sherry in Andalucia. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
