The Details

100% Garrut aka Mourvèdre aka Mataro aka Monastreel from 34 year-old vines planted in silty, calcareous soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch spontaneously ferment (infusion - direct pressing & flotation) in tank for 3 months. Aged in amphorae prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 14.5%ABV
