100% Vardea from the Greek island of Lefkada. Grapes are hand-harvested from ungrafted, 35-year-old vines grown on rocky schist. The fermenting juice spends a few days on the skins in stainless steel and ferments with wild yeasts. Bottled unfined, unfiltered with no SO2.
