100% Côt from Simon Busser who works on the banks of the Lôt in Cahors, southwest France. Grapes are hand-harvested from younger vines and the resulting juice which sees a combination of vessels (stainless steel & neutral barrel) is blended with other vintages to create this joyous, staple red of the domaine. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5% ABV
