The Details

Grolleau Gris/Muscat Rouge négoce from the Loire. Grapes are hand-harvested, and whole-bunch spontaneously ferments/macerates for 10 days prior to pressing. (Muscat Rouge was directly pressed). Blended and aged in tank prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 12.5% ABV
