100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains from the eastern Aegean Island, Samos. Grapes are directly pressed and undergo spontaneous fermentation in a combination of amphora & concrete vat. The wine is bottle-aged for several years before release. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
