From the Finger Lakes in upstate New York this is wild-fermented, traditional method sparkling cider composed of a host of local apple varieties - 47.7% Dabinett, 36% Chisel Jersey, 7.1% Golden Russet, 6.2% Geneva Bitter, 3% other varieties. Hand-harvested and foraged, the apples spontaneously ferment and age in tank before bottling with the addition of some fresh must. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 8.4% ABV
