The Details

Exceptionally rare, highly prized Chenin Blanc from a modern maestro. This is 100% Chenin Blanc from 30 year-old vines planted to schistous soils in the western Loire with southwesterly exposure. Biodynamically farmed, grapes are hand-harvested, gently whole-bunch pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for 12 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (used to be zero/zero, now employs <20ppm at bottling) added SO2.
