The Details

100% Chardonnay organically cultivated by Sylvain Bock in the Ardèche, more specifically a limestone-dominant hillside in Sylvain's home village of Alba-la-Romaine. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and the juice spontaneously ferments and ages sur lie for 1 year in barrique. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
