The Details

Technically a multi-vintage wine, this is composed of 2022 Chardonnay that aged 1 year in barrique blended with 2023 Chardonnay that aged 6 months in stainless steel. These were then blended with Sauvignon Blanc from 2023 that aged in stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
