The Details

Biodynamically cultivated Moscato Bianco (Muscat) from Nizza Monferrato, Piemonte. Grapes are hand-harvested, 3-day maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in concrete tank prior to a further élevage for 10 months in neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
