About the wine

100% Vermentino from organic vines in Clement Hills, CA. Pressed whole cluster and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. After malo completed, the wine was racked and aged for 5 months in concrete. Bottled Unfined, unfiltered, with a bit of SO2.
