The Details
Marc Soyard of Domaine de La Cras' homage to Josh Adler, one of the founders of Paris Wine Company who passed away early in 2022.
This is the first bottling of Marc's négoce label "Tercet."
100% Gamay grown in a plot in Flagey-Echezeaux in the Côte d'Or that borders the Grand Cru. 2 weeks of carbonic maceration followed by 7-month reset in tank. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal SO2.
From the importer:
After Josh’s first love, Burgundy, came a deep appreciation of Gamay, so this felt particularly appropriate.
