The Details

Fronton, France. 100% Negrette from 80-year-old vines grown on red clay. Late harvest at the end of September, destemmed, crushed, and macerated for 15 days in concrete tanks, with occasional pumping over. Fermented with wild yeasts. Aged seven months in concrete then bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no SO2.
