The Details
Husband and Wife team Alex Schulkin & Galit Schachaf work in Basket Range in the Adelaide Hills, sourcing from different vineyards throughout the region with one exception being a wild-grown Shiraz in Sellicks Hill, about an hour southwest, inland from the Gulf St Vincent. Their wines are fresh, nuanced delights with a savory aspect that unfurls, unfurls, and – you get it.
Sparkling Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. From the winemakers: "A red Pét-Nat, structural, savoury, a bit more restrained than the Rosé, almost a Pét-Nat for grown-ups."
