The Details
NOUVEAU MAG 100% Gamay from organically cultivated vines in Pizay with an average age of 40 years. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch carbonically macerated for 3 days in concrete before pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in concrete before bottling unfined, unfiltered, 20ppm additional SO2.
