The Details

100% Gamay from organically farmed 40 year-old vines planted over clay/silt soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch carbonically macerated and aged for 8 months thereafter all in concrete vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (2ppm) added SO2.
