The Details

100% Gamay from organically cultivated vines in the Grille-Midi vineyard of Fleurie in the Beaujolais. Vines are 60 year-old on average planted over pink granitic soils. Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch carbonically macerate in concrete tank prior to an élevage of 8 months also in concrete. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (2ppm) added SO2.
