100% Carignan from 60+ year-old dry-farmed, organically cultivated vines in the Languedoc. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and macerate for 20 days with regular punchdowns in neutral vessel prior to pressing. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 13.5% ABV
