The Details
70% Zweigelt, 30% St. Laurent from teenage vines, grown in gravel and loam. Spontaneous fermentation with 18 days of maceration, then 12 months in large oak barrels. Our new summer Coca-Cola wine. Deep purple in color, with black currant and black pepper on the nose. Earthy but clean, with black cherry fruit leather, cassis and a touch of sage, leading into a delicate finish. Serve chilled.
