Crémant du Jura! 100% Pinot Noir biodynamically cultivated in the 'Marcus' lieu dit at 400m elevation in the Jura. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment followed by élevage in neutral barrel. A combination of 2020/21 vintages. Disgorged in March 2024.
