Jurassic Pinot Masterpiece from Tissot. Ethereal as they come. One of his best....

100% old-vine Pinot Noir from an otherwise very difficult 2021 vintage, this is a one-off blending of his top-fruit from what are typically separate, parcellaire bottlings (Sous La Tour & Barberon). Grapes are hand-harvested, macerate for a short period of time prior to pressing & age for 18 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
